The North Sea Ring is a fictional, permanent road course, located in Denmark, Europe.
In 1989 the local authority of the north-western jutland in Denmark started the municipal plans for building a racetrack. The track was to be built fully in accordence with international motorsport regulations. Big international races like the World Sports Car Championship was the goal. Constructors were commisioned and everything was planned out.
But a small band of local residents would have it otherwise. They drew up a storm of complaints. Their main point was the immense noise polution, that a racing circuit would bring upon them and the unique nature in the area.
So due to those few reactionary people, plans were droped for good. Today the area hosts one of europes largest karting venues.
This project aims to bring the originally planned track to life in sim racing.
note : this is a WIP release, that means not a final version, so there can be some bugs.

Installation Instructions :
extract the .rar file with WinRAR or similar unpacker and drop the
track-folder into your GTR2\GameData\Locations\…directory – done.
